Hi! It’s Chiharu and I’m a remedial massage therapist who loves exercising and helping clients through massage, exercises and natural therapies. (If you want to learn more about me and my background you can do that on our ‘About Us’ page.)
I love musculoskeletal anatomy and the human body but that isn’t why I wanted to start this blog.
There are so many things I wish I could discuss with my clients, but I normally focus on one or two homework exercises/modifications during appointments as I believe that small changes work best.
I want to create this blog to help you understand how to take care of your mind and body better, discussing bite-sized topics and sharing tips. I know this can be a bit complicated but I will try to explain things as simply as possible!
